(More customer reviews)I have super fair skin. If my skin was any lighter, I would be clear. I have that skin where no matter what kind of fake tan I use, it still looks fake. And even when I have tanned in tanning salons, sometime people have thought it was a tan from a bottle. I'm just that fair that everything seems fake.
After trying lots of different self-tanners, I discovered St. Tropez. I have fallen in love with both the Mousse Self-Tanner and also this St. Tropez Wash Off Instant Glow Mousse! This wash off mousse is amazing. It is the realest looking tan I have ever had. It makes my skin perfect. It actually gives your skin a perfect tan hue. I will never be without this product again.
When you pump the mousse out, it looks very dark. As you rub it onto your skin, it starts off with a wet appearance (almost like taking hot coco and rubbing it on your body), but just keep rubbing, and it dissipates right in, giving your skin the most AMAZING color. There is no yellow/orange hue to this at all. It also does not make you too dark. It has a great smell, a little like a men's aftershave. You can apply it with your bare hands and wash it off afterwards. It also is the only way I have found to get a natural tan color on my hands and feet.
It stays on ALL day. I have worn this on days where I have sweat a lot and it did not come off. Typically I will put this on after my morning shower, and it doesn't come off until my shower the next morning (I can see the color going down the drain). It's not like a makeup where you can see a line where the bronzer ends and your natural skin color begins. It's a light foam, that turns into a moist texture and absorbs into skin.
The color is so much like a natural tan, it's just amazing. It is the perfect addition to a bottled tan as well, because it will deepen your color and it even hide any application mistakes you may have with the bottled tan! It smooths everything out to make you look like you just came back from a vacation.
Also, I have found that with typical bottled tanners, it can irritate my skin and even make me break out! This stuff has NEVER done that to me. The St. Tropez Wash Off Instant Glow Mousse is so amazing, I even wear it to weddings and formal events.
For those of you with super light skin like me, I would say try this. You will be SO happy you did. This is something you can put on in 5 minuets, be dry in 2 minuets and have a beautiful sun kissed skin without looking fake at all. You look like you have been sitting outside at a baseball game, or out by the pool, rather then fake-baking in a bed.
